Introduction: The Orlando Culinary Academy combines opportunity with excitement at its Le Cordon Bleu training center. The "opportunity" lies in the prestige of Le Cordon Bleu, which is combined with faculty and Ameican technology; the "excitement" is from the hands-on learning and experience that you can get earning your degree in the midst of the world-class tourist destination of Orlando, Florida. Programs: Offering an Associate of Applied Science in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, and an Associates of Occupational Studies in Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking, OCA is prepared to provide you with everything that you will need to launch your career in the food service industry in as few as 15 months.
Admissions: All applicants are required to complete a personal interview with an admissions representative. Prospective students residing outside the region may submit a request for a telephone interview. Prospective students must have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent. Once an applicant has completed and submitted the Enrollment Agreement, the school reviews the information and informs the applicant of its decision. If an applicant is not accepted, all fees paid to the school are refunded. Financial Aid: Our friendly Financial Aid staffs are available to assist you through the financial aid application process. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
